  • Doc says my B12 levels are really shit.
    Think this is the first time this has happened since I'm vegetarian / vegan.
    So far I never took any supplements, just eating very healthy and varied, taking care to include things like nutritional yeast, alcohol free wheat beer etc. -
    whats forum consensus on supplements?
    I just went and bought some B12 / folic acid stuff with high numbers as suggested by the doctor (who does not seem to be well educated on vegan diets though).
