Bikes for NHS: beater 26" wheelset, brake cables, 9spd cogs + chain, etc

Started doing this again after some very generous bike donations. Currently bikes in the shop need:

Brake cables outer and inner x 8
700c (or a roll) rim tape x 4
700 x 28mm tyres
9 speed cassette and chain
7 speed cassette
beater 26" wheels

Any help much appreciated, thank you!

700c wheels with a 7 speed freewheel any use?
Promax hubs on rigida rims
Most likely have a 9 speed chain and cassette will check
Also have some continental all seasons 28x700 rear is quite worn unfortunately

I could probably give you a 9-speed cassette and a front 700c wheel on your way back from @lowbrows. Might have some other stuff knocking around too.
