Minimum of 1 for funeral to proceed as always, Covid optional although I have seen claims that folks who die and haven't been tested are recorded as Covid on death certificate. That might be tin foil hat stuff though, I've not been able to verify either way.
Interestingly the gov site hasn't been updated for mourners, the above is from the Nat Assoc of Funeral Directors, shared by a friend.
