Didn't they have some rule about 2 rider positives and the team is expelled? Is that only Tdf?

That (at the TdF at least) was two team positives I think - not just riders but anyone involved.

But they dropped it after week 2.

Yates and his teammates share a bus, breakfast and dinner tables, etc - surely they won't finish the Giro.
