Always sunny the characters just seem to make the absurd plausible enough that it doesnt just feel like they're being wacky for the sake of it. frank really could have a toe knife, charlie probably is king of the rats in the basement. mac really is a super tough straight guy who gets all the girls, dennis isn't a serial killer it's just the implication and dee really is a bird.
My GF hates it though, refers to it as the show where they just shout all the time.
