I used to live near that bit of tooting that was an ltn but now isnt. It's tough.
Its tough, they work, but to not recognise the harm it causes when traffic builds up in other parts it's not disproportionately affecting people in the poorest parts of boroughs or affecting people doing jobs in the gig economy in vans, misses a trick. This is where more help in moving delivery vehicles to electric,buying less etc and so on, will help. And needs to be delivered from central / local.
