I’ve not found a satisfactory solution to explaining HCs to TR. I let the plan builder do all the base phases, criterium specialism (that’s a bit of a fudge already) then I’ve been planning my own workouts once into the season.
Doing TT gives you loads of sweet spot and threshold as they assume TT means 20min+
When using plan builder should I be marking "hill climbs" as a gravity event (which I've read they're a good match for) or TTs?
