I don't believe so.
I also don't believe that they've released the date of his last negative test, before last weekend when he went into hospital (and one can probably assume that he's tested daily, so they'd know exactly the point at which he became infected).

Is there any word if Trump has actually tested negative? I've only seen "given the green light"
