Wiki says Indurian's significant weight loss (85 to 78) came after discussions with Italian sports scientist/doc Francesco Conconi. In a completely unrelated point, Conconi also pioneered the use of EPO in cycling around the same time.
With all that said, he still had an FTP of 450w (!!) - 4.88w/kg - at age 46.
Top Ganna said himself that he's 83kg.
Internet says Indurain was 6'1 - 6'2 and 76-80kg.
Closest comparison for Indurain at the moment in terms of TT ability/climbing ability is Van Aert maybe? Who is also in a similar in height and weight.
Compared to Froome at 6'1 but 66kg.
