With that rear mech I think you're best off with 8-speed indexed down tube shifters like Shimano SL-6401 and conventional brake levers. It will be easy and cheap to source used brake levers from Shimano like BL-R400. Otherswise generic brake levers from Tektro will do the job. As for integrated shifters you could try to find Shimano ST-6400 8 speed brifters but these have gone up in price and are getting harder to find in good condition.
