As much as I feel it's inevitable that he's being sued and I can see why the company would want to, in my non-expert opinion he's going to have a pretty good case of it being the truth (expert in his field, done testing on the frame, presented the facts etc) and maybe also that it's in the public interest if their frames could be dangerous (in the video he's talking about a large void in drive side chain stay).
Just to add I don't follow or enjoy his content, it's childish and sexist.

If this is the case, it would be moot if the frames meet ISO standard.
