If he had a Manta 400 he must have been absolutely minted! 400 was the group b rally car, the only car in the history of history, iirc, to sport twin 50DCOE Webers. Homologation car was gorgeous though

He had money but maybe it was just the cut out bonnet - for looks. Lol
Nicer than my rusty Golf at the time !
