Apprently one of the helicopters blew barriers into the road and crashed two riders at the finish of the Giro

There were two down on the tv shots. They weren’t moving much but not on an unconscious kind of way. More on a what the f*** happened there kind of way.

Edit - Wackerman apparently unconscious at some point.

Both Vini Zabù riders, Etienne van Empel and Luca Wackermann. Etienne van Empel managed to cross the line, Wackermann has been brought to the hospital with a broken cheekbone
