NoPitz should be what we aim for. Like TT NoPinz.

I think one bike races are the future.....the fact I've only got one bike has no bearing on this

Do you know any shop in the UK that has fork-mounted cantilever hanger? Trying but finding only the steerer tube one so far.

What are your favourite bars for CX? I am thinking Zipp Service Course SL70 for a new build, but would like to be aware of alternatives

Are they the ergo ones? I have them they're good, but I'm not a bar snob. Main thing for me is fit and feel so it's up to you

I had them before (non ergo) and loved them.
Been using a Salsa cowbell for the past 2 years and loved it, wanted something along the line with less/no flare, SL70 seem to have similar reach and a tad mroe drop -

very much personal preference. I don't like wide, lots of flare or much drop.
I tend to make use of all parts of the bars, but only really use the drops on technical descents, so go for a compact drop without too much reach. Hoods is obviously the primary position, but if it's really muddy I'll use the tops to get a bit more weight and traction on the rear wheel.
tl/dr most compact drops are fine.

If you're thinking about your bars during a race you aren't pedalling hard enough

2 weekends in a row of East Kent CX races almost felt like normality had returned! The no pits rule was a bit rubbish for the sticky mud of the first race but otherwise these events are always so good. Great courses and well worth the drive. Hopefully the round on 11th November goes ahead....

From what I picked up yesterday, it seemed as though the organisers were waiting to see what was announced today before committing. Given the announcement seems to indicate no major change, I'd say it's a good bet that the 11th will go ahead?

Fingers crossed. I know Robert and team really will try and put on races if they can find a way. Depends often on how spooked landowners get.

They definitely crammed a lot into such a small place. I was really impressed with the whole set up yesterday

Not mine, but anyone looking for a pair of tubular wheels should grab these;

Thanks again for mentioning the Forme Calver, built myself one and had the first ride yesterday. Much fun, although it might partially be due to how underbiked I was before for the riding I like doing..
