So 30 gold and Judy gold are the same motion control damper?

If you look on page 30 here , you'll see the compression part of the damper is different, 4b is what it'll come with and 4a is what you need, it's not as straight forward as replacing the dial I'm afraid. Servicing is straight forward though.

Yes, but is page 4a on page 30 the same as 3b on page 26?
