Deep town is good if you're into idle clicker type things and once you get to the guild stage is nice and collaborative. Storyline keeps going and doesn't get overly too samey unlike a lot I've played.

I'm a sucker for these types of 1v1 games.
I don't ever put any money into them. I don't mind watching adverts but draw the line at real cash as that can quickly escalate.
Golf Clash took a lot of my time, especially when my daughter would play and lose me a load of coins. Haven't played it for over a year now though.
Current one is Miniclip's 8-ball pool. There are some annoying things (like accidentally playing a much more expensive game than you want due to a mis-prod of the screen) but it's more fun than annoyance and keeps me coming back. Works well for a treat/break when using the pomodoro technique for getting work done.
Lost all my coins 6 days ago due to accidentally playing too high a level and then losing an all-in match to attempt to start to recover. Thought about deleting the game and then realised I had loads of in-game cash (200+) so bought 15 scratchers and that gave me ~100k coins and I'm back up to 4M coins now. A few more days and I'll be back to ~50M where I was before, and being very careful not to play Berlin again.
What other mobile games (not the usual candy crush shite) are people playing?
