Out Wallingford way is a guy with a terrier in a wire supermarket basket somehow slung on the front, with at least half a dozen carrier bags adoring the frame. He cycles in wellies and given his gruff manner whenever I’ve passed with an ‘evening!’ I don’t think I’d be able to get a picture :(
