Another watch I like, the Bell & Ross BR-V1-92 can be found around the £1k mark, eg:

I quite like the Christopher Ward Sandhurst looking at it more closely - cosc certified chronometer, field watch styling inspired by dirty dozen / smiths W10, a lug to lug of just 45mm, and a well designed bracelet (with on the fly microadjust and QR springbars). Under a grand and I think you can get 10% off that too.
a review with decent pictures https://barkandjack.com/2020/08/12/a-week-on-the-wrist-the-christopher-ward-c65-sandhurst/

Thats quite Sinn-like! again possibly on the large side..... Some of the Stowas are good diameter, but they tend to have long lugs, which i'm not sure of without trying something on....

That is nice. Probably the first one I've genuinely really liked. Logo for once seems uncontroversial. Do agree with the writer's point about the fauxtina, although the orange on the second hand sort of makes it look less cheesy some how.
And that little tryptic of straps does make it look incredibly versatile.

Think photos doesn’t do it’s justice, look a bit like there’s too much colour going on as the faux patina made it look more yellow than faded and end up looking more red/yellow/white/black.
Look like a high end Swatch.

There’s the 36mm Glycine Airman?
-
• #48258
The type is a little high.

They do a few other 36mm watches, eg:

Had no idea they remade that, so cool.

6 hours later, this is a bit much (taken at pitch black before I turn the light on).

Esp if you slept on your arm with your eyeball against the crystal 😂

I flail to much to wear a watch to bed.

Finally found a good example of this funky little thing. No bracelet, but I don’t mind as this watch looks much better on straps in my opinion.

Great 👍 I was looking at those but heard the movement can be tricky?
-

Thanks.
Tricky in what way? I think this is basically an ETA2892, so no problems with servicing.
I was looking for one of these since I’ve seen the Chrono version in a shop in Budapest couple of years ago. That was quite pricey and nowhere near the condition of this one. I have since grown to like the 3 hander date version more. -

Something to do with the dubois depraz module failing . Think I read it on omega forums. It’s still great though!
-
• #48270
Oh yeah, that'd be the Chrono version.

• #48271
Yep, really like those. Nice one!

Doh just clocked it’s the 3 hander you have!

Sorry, phone not uploading..
Milus Snow Star is a nice choice, but I’m aware it’s over budget and over size at 39mm.
