Average goals scored is around 3.8 atm - can't tell if this was updated with last night's results or not but it's 35% higher than the next most productive season in PL history and the last time it's been this high was in the 1920/30's.

The penalty extrap is at around 300 for the season where previous record was 115 (I think) so that gets you like .2 per game assuming a 90% success rate
