• As is the whim of the wind, i have itchy fingers for another project, so listing this for sale.

I say this genuinely about every bike i sell, as i have rarely put money to something without considerable time invested in research, thus the outcome is almost always excellent, and this bike is/has been truly excellent.

Its ride comfort is unbelievable, excellently enginnered frame paired with the ability to easily squeeze 30mm of tire on a very wide rim between both fork crown and rear stays really make the ride so plush.
No surprises its dubbed the worlds most comfortable aero bike.

Its also massively stiff with a huge bottom bracket area and oversized tubes, and most importantly it seems nowadays, it has all the aeros.

This is the latest 2019/2020 version with seatpost upgrade and seatpost clamp/bung which after some initial fettling has never ever slipped and has stayed silently in position for the 1500kms ive riddent this.

    Some key points:

    • 100/142 Thru Axle front/rear (included)
    • BB386 bottom bracket (CBear Ceramic 24mm shimano included)
    • over 60mm of steerer tube above standard 3T bearing cover
    • full internal routing for any groupset (all stops included)
    • 3T Fundi Fork (included)
    • 3T Charlie Squaero Seatpost with 0 or 25mm setback and ears for both 7mm round and Oval 7X9 / 7X10 carbon rails (included)

Most other details can be found on 3T website:
    https://www.3t.bike/en/219-strada

Frame has covered less than 1500kms and as such is in excellent condition.

Also have a brand new 3T bailout cassette 9-32T that was designed for this frame, and a brand new Garbaruk 46T shimano chainring that i could add on if required.

Elephant in the room - yeah its for a 1X drivetrain only.
Honestly, with a sensible cassette and chainring selection, its just not an issue and more and more bikes are being set up that way.
Of course if youre a pro athelete required to ride this over 21 stages of a tour, its likely to be a little annoying and somewhat uncompetitive (queue Adam Blythes discontent with his aqua blue sport team bike...)
I set up ratios that gave me exactly the same as how i usually rode on 53/39 x 11-30, and actually ended up with better ratios with more consistent gear gaps.
