2nd for a SAD lamp. I know a couple of people who use them. You sit in front of a pretty bright light for 30 mins or so, doing whatever you would normally do.
I’ve found that having a smart bulb to wake me up in the morning helps keep me in a better mood. It took several tries but I’ve set up a bulb to light up incrementally, instead of just turning on in my face (which even at the lowest setting wasn’t a gentle wake up).
Does anyone have any tips for helping with seasonal mood changes?
I wouldn't go so far as saying I have SAD, but I do find it hard being in this country over winter.
I'm taking vitamin D. Is there anything else that can help?
I almost wonder if it's worth a thread?
Cheers.
