Real nice - might be mafac/centre pull brazes rather than cantis as they look quite high.

I am pretty sure they are cantis. Centre pull / direct mount studs would sit way higher like on this fork: https://www.instagram.com/p/CF1M0aEFweZ/?igshid=1o9owmvq1f1jq

Be aware that there are two different diameters used for canti mounts. Most (and modern ones) are 6 mm diameter. My 1982 frame has 7 mm diameter canti mounts. These have been difficult to find brakes for. Also important is the width. To this end, you need the brake arms to have fully-adjustable eyebolt things. I have ordered some old Suntour CX brakes which I hope will fit on the 7mm mounts.

In a bit of a late Sunday night idea I thought I need to built a classic steel lugged Randonneur bike. You know canti brakes, tiny Nitto silver front rack with a fancy bag, old shimano mtb groupset, maybe a brooks, hubdynamo? Sure!
currently back in this phase, hence finding this thread...

TT is measured 56 ctc like mentioned @ebay?
The frame looks a bit taller/longer.If shipping on buyers cost is an option for you, I'm interested.

I can remeasure tonight but I am sure it's correct. I agree though the head tube looks quite long making it look big. I could potentially ship it but only with a courier who pick it up at my place.

Can Confirm this is 56cm top tube c-c and 57 cm seat tube c-c.

Because a lot of people have asked:
I don't really know more about this frame than the information I gave above and what was in the eBay description. I am basically passing it on as I received it.On a side note though: Looking at the lack of mudguard bosses this might be more of a road bike than a tourer?

What is the rear spacing? Might be interested if old fashioned (120). MTB group comment suggests 135?

However priorities changed and I'd much rather spend money on pimping my hard tail. So this beautiful frame set is up for sale again. I bought it on eBay for £102 + £15 shipping and I'd like to have that back.
