It’s not - I got it last year in the sale, for 130?
If it hadn’t have been on sale I’d have probably got a shake dry instead, or something gore-tex active like platypus and skinny keep saying. It’s quite slim fitting especially on the shoulders, seems about as robust as shakedry (not having owned one).
Tbh my main complaint is the shoulder fit. I’m pretty happy with it for that money
