It's a brilliant collab, but thinking back to why Mottram started rapha it's funny where it's ended up. This jersey is, albeit ironically, exactly what the first Classic Jersey was designed to be an antidote to.

Spot on analysis here.

I will mull it over while I follow EF from race to race trying to get them to throw a Palace bidon at me so I can sell it on eBay.

And the EF origins go back to Liquigas, one of the teams which provoked the antithesis Classic Jersey.

Seems fitting that the Palace logo is our 21st Century ouroboros.
