This shit. We’ve got 2 young kids and a puppy but sure, leave overpriced stuff we can’t afford to replace sitting precariously only just on the table ffs

Treat yourself to one of these. The stubby little ones that come in the box are horrible. A recipe for skinned knuckles.

you can bodge angle grinder discs on and off with a gloved hand but it's not the cleverest idea (Google it)

‘dirty chips’
In the early eighties a cook at Arborfield Garrison was caught red(?) handed adding his own "ambrosia" cream to the rice pudding.

Companies telling you to do things on their website, rather than on the phone, when their websites lack full functionality compared to the phone service.
Spent an hour on hold, to make one minor change, back on hold to do the second part as that’s dealt with by a different department. Kill me now.

"my other car is a Jaguar" bumper sticker.
a) it isn't, stop lying, you're a prick.
Or
b) it is, no one cares, you're a prick. -

I did that. Will never get that time back.

• #14614
Yep. Rearrange the letters to read ‘My dad had a Jag and read the Daily Mail’.

My motorbike cover being blown off when it's raining and/or me possibly forgetting to put it back on.
It takes so fucking long to dry out properly.

My wife and I have identical Abus locks for our bikes. The brackets on the other hand are absolutely diametrically opposite in how they function. It's infuriating.

I have Oxford shackle locks. The mechanisms are so tetchy you ideally need three hands to use them. One each for the key, u-bar and lock bar. If you happen to put the wrong key in the lock it turns, but only half the distance it should, which isn’t always obvious when you are struggling to hold it properly cos you only have two hands....well, I do, anyway.

Thames Water. No cunting water for the whole evening. When will it be fixed? Who fucking knows. Maybe if they’d spent less money paying dividends to their parasite shareholders and more money on keeping the infrastructure in order then I - along with the a massive chunk of the rest of East London - wouldn’t be in this situation.

Bloody stupid companies that insist on using address databases that include a county that in my case hasn't been the case since 1965. I'm going to start calling them, logging complaints and then submitting GDPR rectification requests.

Hertfordshire. County Gate is 500m south of here.
Might as well put Maxima Caesariensis.

so many good nba games ruined by twitter trends and even the app i use to stream the games itself because by default it puts the scores right on screen where you go to start the games.
ugh, that reminds me I’ve lost the ‘pin spanner’ for mine and my google-fu is weeeeeeak.
