I'm going to be washing up shortly so it's good to know that my watch is waterproof to 1000 ft as sometimes the water can be several inches deep

Never heard of these before but seeing yours and @edscoble 's I'm intrigued. Makes me wonder why I'd go for a £100 Seiko (which doesn't get you much these days apart from their field watch). Is the movement hacking & handwinding?

Missus birthday and off out. Thought I'd wear something other than a Seiko or Casio today.
