All interior design is a cliche if you think of it in this way. Doesn’t matter whether you “curate” yourself or use people like Yabu Pushelberg or Tony Chi. You are creating a certain look that you want to (re)-create and by default it’ll end up being a cliche for someone or other. Stop caring what other people think and buy what you like and get inspired by others. Surely there’s nothing wrong with that?
