... and seems to allege that a bike thief lives there. Is it worth deleting/editing these posts?

Editing to remove full address but left the post code as it provides some ability for someone searching to find and be warned - whilst reducing risk of a false allegation resulting in some stupid action.

Encouraged the user to give information to the police.
