I find it pretty good, well made, good fit, seems pretty waterproof, but a little on the warm side - it’s just not as breathable as the really spendy stuff.

I'm out. All a bit downhill on the proper bike stuff quality-wise since Walton takeover anyway. -
• #34669
Correlation is not causation.
-
• #34670
Fact is, quality is just lower. Whether it's the Walton's saving investment that influenced it or not, the products aren't what they used to be.
And this kind of marketing is jokes, cover all the bases I guess. I thought the Paul Smith stuff was bad..

Each to their own, vote with your wallet, etc...
I don't agree think quality is lower. What I think is true is that the brand has moved more towards tighter fitting, lighter material products that are weaker with much shorter life spans than a 150gsm merino sportwool jersey - which was the traditional Rapha product.

Fair point of the clothing, I can see how a loss of durability can be an issue for some.
You could compare it to a fancy bike in a way.Interesting that point on voting with your wallet, I wonder if any of the folks that took issue with Giro's prior connection to Vista Outdoors have an opinion on Wal-Mart's practice of selling firearms.
I suppose they're not as tight with the NRA 🤷🏾♀️ -

The most vociferous complaint we got was from some attorney guy in NYC. He was threatening to never buy Rapha again, and take all his rich and important friends with him. He was a legitimate big spender - circa $5k per year.
The big wigs were terrified. Many c-level meetings about it.
I said we should just ignore him. In the end we did. He placed another order the next time we dropped a new release.

What is Palace? I'm nearly 40 and I feel it.

Ha that's great. 5k per year just on Waffa. Nice but very pricey.
thanks, was just a bit surprised that they don't do it any more as it's pretty handy
