The guy selling it is an avid long time collector,he has a least one example of just about every desirable classic lightweight you can think of.
Lives near my parents,I had a Hill Special off him a couple of years ago.
Have a look at his other listings,
I think I'd sell my soul for the Narcisse.
He is actually a nice guy if a little ambitious with his pricing,although I suspect the Jact Jaylor was snapped up by an American collector.
Skully's was a ridiculous bargain,even with the repairs to the frame
