How do you do this though? Ask for their bank statements?
Some basic facts and gut feel I guess. Size of the deposit, where the money is coming from, how old they are, industry they work in, where they live now, whether they have kids, how they showed up to the viewings (Skoda, or 911 or Arkose?).
Obvs the EA looks at this stuff but the seller decides and should weigh everything up.
