The disc adapters are just standard 160mm IS to post mount, readily available from Wiggle etc, should be about £5 an end (make sure you get the appropriate front and rear as they aren't the same).
@unclesomebody, gutted to hear that, that's really shitty :( pinched while it was locked up?

Hey, nice build, doing one myself at the minute, what adapter did you use to get those brake calipers on? I'm a bit baffled by all the disc standards.
