Still not sure it answers the question, which was "can up to 6 from different households meet in a pub garden?"
The answer is either "no" on the grounds that the pub garden is still the pub, or "yes" on the grounds that its outside, and meeting in a group of six outside is not illegal (but is against the guidance).
