As length seems to be the main issue with dammit's MTB, you could save some length by mounting it at an angle right? Assuming it's compact geo with a dropper post, then back wheel in first high up gives the most space with the front wheel as close to the ground as possible...
-and here's my question-
can you have no obstructive rear cross sectional large bits of metal - like cross members, swaybars, etc.? (fwd obvs)
That way you could have a dropped rear floor to maximize diagonal length without increasing the horizontal length too much.
