Surprisingly, I've managed to cross-thread the rear derailleur pretty bad. Even more suprisingly, I've managed to reverse all damage without re-tapping the hanger. All good.
Since taking the pic I've aligned the mudguards a bit. Only needs minor tweaking, and I'll replace this ugly saddle tomorrow.
