Speak to him fairly regularly. Inbetween trying to repair old trucks, he can be found riding a carbon XC singlespeed around Whistler's trails :-)

I don't think so.

Having thought about it I think that Rogate is what the Swinley Summit could and should have been, but (sadly) isn’t.

Also, I need to get over my fear of doubles. And could Rogate be a bit closer, please.

Has anyone been to Leeds Urban Bike Park and got any tips of what is good/what is not? Thinking of heading up there tomorrow.

How much fun is it?

Mine is still completely unbuilt, but I have a lot of parts coming and already have Rocket Rons in 27,5 x 3.0 on a set of wheels in the basement.

Looking at getting one myself. Still feeling good about it? Fork etc adequate?

Very fun. Needs more tyre on the front though.

What bars do you have on it? I’m liking the swepback, wouldn’t be the Stooge bars?

If anyone's interested, Leeds Bike Park was really good bearing in mind how close it is to the centre of the city. The trails were decent, downhills were only brief but it was easy to loop round and repeat them. The BMX track is massive and great fun, as is the jump line. Loads of tables and doubles, from small to massive. Would recommend!

Going on Sunday, will be at Martins Heron around 10am.
