Skoda Fabia 1.2 2011 died tonight .
I think the timing chain snapped ( apparently common) and AA man says it’s probably uneconomical to repair .
Still it’s seen 3 of our boys through driving tests and their first driving years .Every corner bar one has been kissed but it’s been quite cheap to keep on the Road until last week when I spent £690 on MOT service tyres and discs and pads .. typical .
Shame , but unless any of you think different it’s probably time to call the scrapper
