    What he said was ambiguous. It's very hard not to be ambiguous when talking about test results, false positive rates and percentages.

    For example, I've no idea what you actually mean by "the false negative rate is about 7% of the tests they use in Italy." as it's not completely clear. It could be taken 3 or 4 completely different ways.
