This seems to not be a big thing, as I've only just recently heard about it...
Our man in the gap Sean Burns broke his back in March, falling off a rooftop, looks like he had some serious surgery, and he's back on a bike and taking it fairly easy.
It's gotta be hard for these guys in the States with no insurance taking big risks to bridge those gaps, when they do inevitably need medical care.
