My S-Works road bike that's still going strong cost half that. Though thinking about it, maybe that's actually an advert for their durability rather than a diss? It's still just mental. It's a gravel bike. It's gonna get dropped, pinged with rocks, covered in dust, grit, water, shit, whatever.
Tripster frameset that did Badlands costs what, £750 brand new? Yeah, it's not sexy carbon and weighs a bit more but I won't be crying when they throw mine out of the plane onto the runway.
