After changing the RD cable on my Cannondale Supersix Evo (externally routed down to BB then internal through chainstay to RD), there's now a creaky rubbing sound when pulling the cable through to change up to a bigger cassette sprocket. Sounds like it's coming from the BB area. Have I done something wrong? Am I slowly sawing my bike in half?
