How? I'd take toy oximeter readings with a pinch of salt.
It's a good quality dual wavelength SpO2 sensor in the Forerunner 945. Not any old shit single wavelength sensor.
The sensor in my Forerunner 945 has been within 1% of my Contec CMS50D every time I've checked it.
95% is not low. Natural variation (including recovery from exercise, having a sniffle, giving blood, etc) means mine sometimes dips below 90%, especially when asleep (I don't knowingly suffer from any form of sleep apnea).
