How not to do QR codes. but, unfortunately, how the Track and Trace project is doing it.

This is not how you do it and I wonder if they got any technical advice from anyone on the matter first.

Now I think about it, there's a reasonable chance that the endemically incompetent parent company that bought out our consultancy provides the numpties who delivered that shit QR code implementation. They are involved in the project.
