Nah but a friend of mine has one and I have tried it on. I can't argue with the strap complaints but to an extent its exactly as designed. That style of strap will always feel a bit rough around the edges. Its the nature of a rolled link strap. They were like that in the 70s and they are like it now. Its the price you pay for a certain look I guess.

This is what initially put me off. Hairy arms and cheap metal straps don't go together. And by the time they were easily available I'd scratched the itch by buying this

Are the Timex Q ones as loud as the regular ones? I've loved my Timexes but they're so loud I've not been able to wear them long term.

I have a couple of squale watches and for the price I think they are great value ,
I saw Steeldive do a squale homage .. the Matt case blue dial lovely .

Yeah that's nice but too big for my puny wrists!

Any thoughts on longevity of PVD coating? Is it likely to scratch prematurely and look shit or age over time and maturely nicely...?
(I appreciate that's a personal question - just weighing up black PVD vs stainless)

I like the colours and size, but don't like that it doesn't have a minute/second track on the dial. (I also don't like when the minute hand doesn't quite reach or overlap with the minute track.)
