Has anyone tried using a sealant in regular tubes? I know there’s a few tubes out there with removable presets valve cores and I was thinking about buying a couple and putting sealant in there, either standard tubeless stuff, or something like Slime. I’m not really in the position to buy new tubeless compatible wheelsets right now.
EDIT: I’m not concerned about weight, more concerned about punctures that will hopefully be fixed by sealant.
