• Wondering which cafe stops in South East London and Kent people recommend & which pubs are great to finish at in South East London?

The best I've seen online is TimeOut recommendations - not sure where the intel for that came from...

  • I'm keen to hear suggestions on the above too! Looking for suggestions of cafes which are good to cycle to in South London (preferably where you can see your bike locked up outside)? Cheers

  • The Homestead cafe in Beckenham Place Park is good if you don't want to go further out. Also do beer, pizza and ice cream - no indoor seating at the moment though. Advantage is that you can have a mooch around the park.

  • Thanks! Will give it a go.

  • Brown and Green in Crystal Palace Park ticks some of your boxes. They have indoor and outdoor seating, no idea if the food is any good but it looks decent! I've only been for beers before. It's Victorian dinosaur adjacent which is always a plus imo.

  • @ltc My boy loves the dinosaurs there but never ventured there on two wheels, good shout!
