Klein quantum 2 road bike, Purple haze paint?

Lovely Klein Quantum II sporting the original paintjob

Frameset was used by Austrian national champ Harald Morscher before he began his racing career starting with team saeco (cannondale)

Top tube- 53cm C/C
Seat tube- 55cm C/T

Overall in great condition, only a few minor chips as shown in photos. 1 tiny dent on the seat-tube as shown with twig! ha
BB is in excellent condition.
full mixed campagnolo 8x3spd groupset fitted. (i think i have cranks, front & rear derailleur to change to a 2x8spd set up also)

That is a beauty.
The Quantum 2 was possibly the best Klein road bike ever made, the original Klein construction, super paintwork, a big refinement over the original Quantum (much better tubing) and not as radical as the Quantum pro.
It's sad that the paint fades and has left the shadows of the stickers, but I could live happily with that if it was my size.

Immediately after that came out Trek brought the company and forced all sorts of compromises.
In that colour it's rare and collectible, and a terrific bargain.

I need to find a money tree. This is the perfect size for me and a real Klein to go with my fake Klein (Trek era).

So happy that this isn't in my size.

@adroit - All i have heard is good things about the frameset, i have only taken it out for a wee blast up and down the street to make sure everything is working nicely! Far too small for me or i probably wouldn't have been able to sell it.

@Crumbs You may find one growing in a dodgy estate ;)

Dream bike, just too big for me. I always fancied a Klein.

It is the most long shot of long shots. But just checking in to see if you carried this around and, if so, are still interested in selling it.
