My 2015 CDF30 has been a fantastic bike, it’s toured all over with me, done not gravel pretty much XC mtb riding, road centuries etc and now the frame lives on in a different guise as my commuter/go to bike - still going strong after many thousands of miles. But, even then, £1750 was a lot. I think breaking the £2k mark for hydros compared with the various competitors offerings with same group set (cube nuroad race full GRX600 £1400 for example, similar giant at ~£1500, and higher spec steel bikes at that price point) just pushes Genesis out of the completion. It’s frustrating really.
Are you sure you wouldn't recommend a cdf.
