Wanted: Tubular rim for stretching

I need a tubular rim for stretching tyres. Ideally it doesn’t have an existing layer of glue that I need to clean off

Would you be interested in a whole wheel? I have a cool 70s TT wheel from the lighten everything era which is only really for wall hanging or tub stretching these days. It owes me £15 and postage will probably be £15 on top or pick up from Teddington or Staines.

Thanks. I would be interested in a whole wheel, but not sure this works for me as I’m on the other side of London and it’s a bit more than what I was looking to spend once the postage is included.
