How is the bb height with the 42s?
-

Definitely no gravel in the Peak District dales which is lucky as I didn’t have a sleepy 3 year old on the back for the gnarliest bits

What's the tyre capacity on them these days? Last I tested (12) did 30mm easily.
-
• #12811
Not tested but you'll have a 32 easily in the disc brake model
-

32 with guards
You can fit 35s in a supersix
I squeezed a 33 into a 12 rim a few years ago

You can't do that, it's not a reaaaal gravel bike. Why won't you think of the kids!

Caad 12 with 28 gp5000s is a surprisingly capable gravel bike.
Still gonna buy a topstone though.

is that the lower part of epping forest, near the golf course?
-
• #12825
Dangerous if so, I wouldn't attempt Epping without at least 140mm of travel front and rear.
I’ve ridden the new CDA; it felt livier than a CdF but I think that’s largely down to the alu frames being stiff and not as heavy.
Still recommend a CdF as I’m sure the CDA will beat you up more the longer the distance you ride it.
